As our services are primarily consulting and planning-based and delivered digitally or in person, we generally do not offer refunds. Once a service has been delivered or a consultation has been conducted, it is considered final.

In exceptional cases, such as service delivery issues or significant discrepancies from what was agreed upon, we may consider partial refunds or service credits.
